🔄 Quality Control Workflow

🔧 Production Completes→ 👁️ PM Reviews→ ✅ CSM QC Check→ 📩 Client Review→ 🚀 LIVE
When a deliverable reaches PM Review, the PM checks quality standards. If approved, it moves to QC (CSM) where the assigned CSM verifies it meets client expectations. If the CSM approves, the project link is sent to the client for final sign-off. If rejected at either stage, it returns with revision notes. All stage changes trigger Slack notifications in #quality-control and #fulfilment-tracker.
